“Go the Warriors!” Darren, known by more than 50K followers as Dazzas_Cooked on TikTok and Instagram, is changing the bakery game and supporting the Warriors every step of the way!

Starting out as a part-time employee at the Mad Butcher, Darren has his sights set on a career in the food biz and has headed on quite the adventure! Today he owns two Auckland bakeries - Mint Cakery and Ashby pies, the latter of which is featured most frequently in Darren’s content. Ashby Pies found its success when it ditched the regular cafe sammies in place of imaginative and ever-changing pies filling the glass cabinet. Darren documents hospo life, delish foodie creations (think classic cheese rolls, and fried chicken and bacon pies!) as well as his NRL fantasy league throughout his content. He leaves a smile on viewers' faces, as well as a few rumbling tummies every step of the way.
